Stuart McLendon, President
Stuart has spent his 20 year professional career helping other leaders achieve their goals, specializing in leadership, finance, and accounting. During his career he has had the opportunity to learn how to build vibrant, organic teams and businesses. He has served DYNE Hospitality Group as CFO since 2018, and has helped lead the company from 16 to over 100 operating locations. Stuart also oversees their ongoing real estate development work. Prior to DYNE, Stuart became a nationally recognized expert on financial analysis, corporate structures, and business valuations through CFO Network. Stuart is a native of North Little Rock, Arkansas where he continues to reside with his wife, Mandi, and their three children. He is an Eagle Scout, and graduated from Catholic High School for Boys and from the Donaghey Scholars at UA Little Rock with degrees in Finance and International Business. He takes pride in community service and building a better central Arkansas.
Bailey Clark - VP of Operations
Bailey Clark has over 15 years of accounting and leadership experience. She began her career in 2007 at JPMS Cox, PLLC while studying at Arkansas Tech University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Since then, she has held managerial roles in various industries including wholesale/distribution, commercial construction, and agriculture. Bailey was recognized as one of Arkansas Business’ 20 in their 20’s in 2018 and is a proud graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXVII. After years of experience in diverse roles and earning her MBA from Henderson State University, Bailey identified leadership development and operational improvement as her true professional passions. She thrives on creating steadfast relationships and strong teams with each organization she connects with. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their three children, as well as traveling whenever possible.
Hayley Dunn - Director, HR and Payroll
Hayley Dunn is a certified HR and Payroll professional with over 10 years of progressive experience and consistent success designing, implementing, managing and administering HR, Payroll and Benefits systems. She has experience working with companies in the logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, technology and start-up industries. Hayley is a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources and is currently working on her certification through the American Payroll Association. She has a BA degree in Business Administration and Economics and lives in Bryant with her husband, two daughters, dog and two cats. In her free time, Hayley enjoys reading, crafting and spending time with her family.
